1. Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Since our products are packaged drinking water, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Therefore, returns or replacements are only accepted if:
The product was damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery
The wrong product or size was delivered
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product
Provide photo or video proof of the issue
The product must remain unopened and unused
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement delivery at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in cases where replacement is not possible or the product is out of stock.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (if applicable) within 7-10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund (if any) will be made via bank transfer after customer verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer
Product opened, consumed, or tampered after delivery
Delay in delivery due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions
